Or as Suzy's toddler says, Walk the plank! Right off of the brand spankin new Intrepid Museum in the heart of Midtown West Manhattan. Memorial Day weekend is the best time to go see the joys of the sea and air. Suzy likes a man in uniform and what better way to indulge than Fleet Week in NYC? For 25 years the the city has been transforming into a sea (pun intended) of white, with sailors and navymen and women from all over taking some R&R in our fare town.
Check out all of the activities here. On Wednesday, if you feel like playing hookey - all of the ships docked in the Hudson will parade up and down for all to see, its quite the site.
