New City Day to Benefit United Hospice of Rockland
United Hospice of Rockland (UHR) will benefit from sales at four New City businesses on Veteran’s Day, Thursday, November 11, 2010.  Drug World, Infinity, Rocco’s Family Restaurant, and Things I Love will hold special sales, events, and offers in support of UHR.  Details on the offers are below:

Drug World in the Clarkstown Shopping Plaza, 182 South Main Street, will donate 10% of store sales (excluding prescriptions, co-pays, pre-paid phone cards and Visa gift cards) between 5 pm and 7 pm.

From 10am-7 pm, Infinity, located at 212 South Main Street in the Clarkstown Shopping Plaza will donate 10% of their sales of teen fashions and accessories.  

From 5pm-8pm, Rocco’s Family Restaurant in the Clarkstown Mall, 170 South Main Street, will offer a special buffet dinner at $20 per person. 50% of each ticket will be donated to UHR.

From 5pm-9pm, Things I Love, Town Plaza, 195 South Main Street, will hold a wine and cheese party and raffle and donate 20% of the profits from sales and 100% of the proceeds from a special raffle to Hospice.
