Rain or Shine!
Must be 10 or older to run. Free childcare for runners!
7:30am Registration begins
8:30am Race and Walk begin
Pre-registrants guaranteed race shirt. Ask Family and Friends to sponsor you
Proceeds from Run/Walk benefit JCC Rockland Scholarship Program and Jewish Federation of Rockland’s Israeli Youth Futures Program
REGISTRATION FOR ALL EVENTS:
$20 if registered before June 11, $25 if registered after June 11 and day of race
$20 Phantom Runner – Don’t make me sweat, send me the race shirt!

SEPARATE COURSES:
5K Run: RUSA TF Certified course begins at Herb Reisman Sports Complex and continues on Route 45 and ends at Herb Reisman Sports Complex. Race course is flat and fast with minor hills.
3K Walk/Dog Walk: Paved trail through Reisman and Levy Parks.
Dog Walk: When was the last time you and your dog helped save a life? The JCC Dog walk is a non-competitive dog walk-a-thon to raise money for two great causes that help children in need. Join us for a tail-wagging good time! Dog goodies, water and poop bags will be supplied. Dogs must be leashed with adult supervision and be properly vaccinated.
Awards ceremony:
Trophies: Top 3 male and female overall
Medals: Top 3 in each group by gender
age groups : 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70
