Tuesday, March 15, 2011

Do you have unwanted documents, personal papers, and financial information in boxes and bags cluttering your home or office? Maybe they are sitting in your garage or basement taking up space. Well - we have a solution!
Bring your unwanted papers to Helen Hayes Hospital, North Entrance on Tuesday, March 22nd 10:00a to 2:00p
"Shred It" will have their mobile shredding truck on site and their security screened professionals will shred your documents and provide you with a Certificate of Destruction as a NAID certified organization. There is no need for you to separate paperclips, staples, binder clips etc. from your documents. Your sensitive materials are cross cut on site in their mobile shredding truck and recycled on the spot!
Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation will be asking for a donation of $5 for the first "banker sized" box of papers, and $3 for each additional box up to a total of ten. After the first 10, $2 each up to...whatever. "Shred It" can handle it all.
All proceeds will benefit the Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation, a 501 (C)3 corporation and your donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
