Suzy Gets Fit
SGF - Week 7 & 8

As luck would have it (or so i thought) Joe and i were both a bit under the weather last week. I thought it would be a slightly less intense workout and he couldn't really move around so great, but i was wrong. Instead of our usual round robin of whatever came to mind to torture me with next, we did super sets. These are basically drills of 3-4 exercises repeated a few times, then you move onto another set working a different part of the body. Balance and Abs were last weeks motto and boy did my stomach kill the next few days. We worked more with the Life Fitness machines this week instead of my own (or Joe's) body weight and resistance. I will be happy to get back to our normal routine this week, supersets are kind of boring ;-)
