SGF - Week 3

True to form, Joe was a bit of a slavedriver, constantly expecting me to over perform to his expectations. This weeks theme was animals, we did duck walks, rabbit hops & bear crawls and man do they hurt the quads the next day! We actually ditched the circuit this week and just went from one exercise to another, eventually hitting all parts of the body. I liked this much better, less monotony and never knowing what to expect next. It also gives one muscle a chance to take a break before killing it again between sets.
Im feelin it all over tonight as i write this, the saying that 2 days later is when the hurt catched up is really correct. Off to spin tomorrow to stretch out all the muscles Joe tied in knots... Does anyone know a good masseuse?
Did I mention Fitness Together supplies water, a towel and an after workout fruit if you desire. Now i havent gone to a trainer often so i dont know if that is derigeur or not, but i was quite impressed. But of course you have to do 15 minutes of cardio to actually receive the fruit, bummer!
