Flu Shot time

It's that time of year again, when all the kiddos (and mom and pop) should be getting that little pin prick to prevent the dreaded flu. Suzy is definitely getting one this year with her little one. There are a lot of resources out there on where to go and who shodul actually receive the shot. Start with the American Lung Association's website for complete unbiased info as well as the differences in the regular flu shot and the new Swine Flu vaccine (2 different doses) which is still quite new.
If your doctor runs out or you can't get to the office, try your peds office, lots of them stock the adult dose as well and you can kill 2 birds with one stone when you take the kids. Also CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens and Target all have local clinics as well. Same low price of $24.99 scross the board so go where it is convenient, but make sure you go ;-)
