Loving a New Language
Suzy is excited about a great language program called Lango: Foreign Language for Kids being offered in nearby Bergen County, NJ.  Amanda Orta, the Program Director for Bergen County, is a Rockland resident and Spanish teacher that recognized the importance of all young children having access to language education.  Through the Lango program, parents can enroll their children ages 2-11 in Spanish or Mandarin classes.  Suzy's 4 year old just enrolled in the Spanish preschool class.  It's interactive, the teacher is fabulous with the kids and I can truthfully say my son now knows how to introduce himself and say a few of the colors in Spanish after just one class.  Your enrollment also comes with a music CD, a book and flashcards featuring the Lango kids.

Suzy would like to invite all of her galpals to check out Lango as well.

Come to a free trial class of either Spanish or Mandarin at the Westwood Community Center in Westwood, NJ (very close to Rockland).  To reserve your spot in a free trial classes, email or call 845-418-4975.

Also, Amanda let us know that Lango is now offering birthday parties as well.  Yes, how cool!!! Something different to entertain the kiddies.

Want to have an exciting birthday party that both kids and parents will love?  Lango Bergen parties combine learning and play to make your child’s birthday both educational and lots of fun!  Similar to the classes, Lango Bergen Birthday Parties blend learning a new language with fun activities like arts and crafts, cooking, singing, dancing, and more.  Your child and their friends will have invaluable insight into other cultures and experience a whole new world they never imagined!

About Lango
At Lango, your child will learn another language in a small group setting, gain exposure to new cultures, and have a blast in the process!

Their dynamic classes incorporate original music, dance, games, storytelling and more to keep kids immersed and engaged in their target language. With their experienced and fluent teachers, kids follow the adventures of the "Lango Kids", a multicultural cast of characters who appear in original workbooks, songs, and other learning materials. Students learn through a series of activities -- "adventures" that mimic those of the Lango Kids.

Originating in the San Francisco Bay Area, Lango now offers classes in over 60 communities across the country, and works with local school districts to bring Lango's unique foreign language curriculum to the classroom.
