Rye Arts Center: Jazz Iconic Portraits and Contemporary Images

Running from Sunday, October 17 - Sunday, December 4, 2010, "Jazz: Iconic Portraits and Contemporary Images" will feature paintings and sculptures that highlight some of jazz's legendary figures as well as works that reflect the art form's energy in contemporary and abstract form. The exhibit will be on display in the RAC Gallery.
Save the date for Jazzin' Up the Joint on Friday, October 29th at 8:00pm: Come take "The 'J' (jazz) Train" to 51 Milton for an evening of electrifying jazz. The show will feature a variety of styles from New Orleans to contemporary jazz being performed by regional musicians and friends of the RAC. Admission: $10 Members, $15 Non-Members.
Gallery Hours: Tues - Fri, 11-5pm; Sat. 10am-4pm, Closed Sun. & Mon.
