Ready, Set, GoFIT!
This 12 week program is designed for anyone looking for help in reaching their health and fitness goals.

Features:
- 1:1 counseling session to help participants establish their goal prior to the start of the program
- Participants will receive a copy of the book, “Food Rules” by Michael Pollan and a Ready, Set GO FIT! T-shirt
- 8 meetings focused on group support, education (topics on leading a healthy lifestyle) and participating in a short yet effective group workout
- Weekly email blasts with workout ideas and nutrition tips
- First four weeks participants will meet weekly.  Anyone who attends the first four meeting will receive a free personal training session to be used anytime during the 12-week program.

Meeting Dates/Times:

A morning session and evening session will be available -- 10:30 am OR 7:00 pm
March 1, 8, 15, 22 -- April 12, 26 -- May 10, 24
