The second annual Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend™ presented by TD Bank will be held December 4 and 5, 2010. Santa and four of his reindeer, Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and Blitzen, will arrive from the North Pole and parade down Greenwich Avenue to their month-long home in the Greenwich downtown business district to kick-off the second annual Greenwich Reindeer Festival and Santa’s Workshop™ to benefit Kids in Crisis.
Holiday carolers, bell ringers and other musicians will stroll through town while performing festive music throughout the two days on Greenwich Avenue. Participating retail stores will have samples of specialty foods and drinks, such as chocolates, cookies, and wine, available in their stores! The Greenwich Reindeer Passport will be included in the weekend festivities to promote the downtown area. It is the perfect weekend to get in the holiday spirit while enjoying Greenwich’s world-class shopping and delicious dining.
