Rosanne Cash, the eldest daughter of superstar Johnny Cash and a Grammy winner in her own right, recounted the joys and pains of growing up in her father’s shadow and of trying to emerge with an identity of her own in her 2010 memoir Composed. Her own ever-creative music career has produced twelve albums to date, including Right or Wrong, King’s Record Shop and The List. She has had eleven number one country singles and won the 1985 Best Female Country Vocal Performance Grammy for “I Don’t Know Why You Don’t Want Me.”
