As if a day off from school isn’t sweet enough, the museum offers a Maple Sugar Open House. See how sugaring season is progressing, learn about the ecology of chocolate and tour the farm to see the sweet animal babies. All this and s’mores over a campfire! Monday, February 20 from 11am-3pm. Free with museum admission: $10 adults, $5 children.
