Healthy on the Hudson

On Saturday, April 28, the Hendrick Hudson Community Educational Foundation and the Hendrick Hudson School District host the first ever “Healthy on the Hudson Day,” Event starts with a 5k race/walk on a course featuring scenic Hudson River views,starting and ending at the Hendrick Hudson High School. There will also be a tennis round robin at the nearby Lake Street tennis courts. The race/walk is followed by a Health Expo at the High School. Registration/check-in for the 5k race/walk 8:00-8:45 a.m. at the Hendrick Hudson High School Irwin J. Mayer field. Start time: Race 9:00 a.m. / 5k walk 9:15 a.m. The Health Expo 10:00-2:00 p.m. Runners, walkers and tennis tournament participants may register online here.
