Peach and Blueberry Cobbler
A warm fruit cobbler with melting vanilla ice-cream is the perfect way to kick of the summer.  Enjoy this delicious Peach and Blueberry
Cobbler this weekend!

Peach and Blueberry Cobbler
Serves 6-8


Ingredients for the Fruit
6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
4 cups of blueberries
1/3 cup of orange juice
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of flour

Ingredients for the Cobbler
1 cup flour
½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup of brown sugar
½ salt
1 stick of cold unsalted butter

Directions for the fruit
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl place the peaches, blueberries, orange juice, sugar and flour.
Toss well
Pour the mixture into a deep dish pie plate

Directions for the cobbler
Combine the flour, rolled oats, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Add the butter and gently rub the mixture with your fingers until the butter is the size of small peas
Keep mixing until it is all incorporated and begins to crumble.
Sprinkle evenly over the fruit .
Bake in the oven for 45 -50 minutes (the tops should be browned and the fruit bubbly)
Serve warm with Vanilla ice cream
