Sheep to Shawl
Take a short trip north to Sleepy Hollow, NY for this year's Sheep-to-Shawl Festival, April 16th and 17th.  Explore Philipsburg Manor, a working 18th century farm where you can spot baby lambs, diary cows and oxen among other interesting animals.  You think you're ready for Spring?  Watch as sheep get to lose their winter coats--farmers will shear them in the barnyard just like in the 18th century.  What else will you see?
