Those Summer Nights: The Levitt Pavilion Rocks Out the Last Week of Summer

Summer’s days are numbered and Suzy says it’s better to make every last one count. Fortunately, the Levitt Pavilion is offering one final week of free music, movies and fun. Monday night is movie night at the Pavilion, and this week it’s Toy Story 3 on the big screen. Bring a blanket and some popcorn and settle in for a family movie night under the stars. Tuesday find the Doc Wallace Trio fiddling away at the summer air with their Texas style swing. Wednesday night is another family affair, when kid-focused Dre Towey brings her cool children’s tunes to the Pavilion. Thursday the U.S. Coast Guard Dixiland Band will have toes tapping, and Friday, party band Celebration will kick the weekend into high gear, with their practiced and expansive repertoire of great cover tunes. Saturday night, South African rock band Civil Twilight will light up the night with their original music. And Sunday, the Levitt Pavilion summer season wraps up with local swing group, The Fairfield Counts.

Details and a schedule are available here.
