Kick-off the Fall season at Wilton’s Ambler Farm! Ambler Farm Day is a popular Wilton tradition offering the opportunity to experience the 18-acre farm and learn about Connecticut’s agrarian past.
This year’s Ambler Farm Day promises the return of many popular activities including:
-hay maze
-hayrides + farm animals + pumpkin patch
-children's crafts + games
-instructional exhibits on pie making, woodworking and broom making
-apple slingshot + make your own scarecrow
-the famous pumpkin catapult
-live music
-silent auction with farm and garden items from local businesses
-garden market featuring in-season produce and flower arrangements made with flowers grown in Ambler's gardens
-great food and drink the hay maze (it's circular this year!), apple slingshots, scarecrow making, hayrides, vintage photo booth and more!
When: Sunday, October 2, from noon to 4 PM
Cost: $20 per family and $10 for senior citizens
Parking: Adjacent Ambler Field parking lot and at the Cannondale train station, with shuttle service to and from the station and the farm.
