Design your own... re-usable shopping bag. And your design could be used all over Westport as the town moves toward a greener shopping experience in 2009.
To encourage the use of re-usable shopping bags, the Westport RTM members of District 4 have announced a contest for Westport's own reusable bag.
The contest is open to residents of all ages.
Here are the details:
•Entries must be submitted by December 15th.
•Drop off submissions at Max's Art Supplies, 68 Post Road East or at Patagonia, 87 Post Road East
•Designs should be 12-inches by 12-inches and mounted ready for display
•The design must include the words BYOBag Westport, CT
•Only one entry per person permitted
The winner will be announced by January 15th, 2009.
