Tree of Light

"Light up the night" and let the holiday spirit shine at the 18th annual Tree of Light ceremony on Thursday evening. This nondenominational tradition is a simultaneous event, celebrated in 12 Connecticut towns. People will gather with others in their communities to "name" lights and honor and remember loved ones this holiday season. A celebration of life and community, the tree lighting ceremonies will also feature music, readings and refreshments. Donations benefit the VNS Hospice Program. Westport's ceremony will be held at Christ & Holy Trinity Church.
