Suzy hopes you waited to buy back-to-school clothes and backpacks because it's time for Connecticut's Tax-Free Shopping Week.
When: Sunday, August 16th and runs through August 22th
What's Not Taxed: Sales tax -- normally 6% -- on all clothing and footwear purchases will be waived for each individual item that costs $300 or less. There is no limit to the number of items that can be purchased on a given shopping trip.
