Levitt Pavilion Summer Season Sizzles

You know its summertime in Westport when Levitt Pavilion is rocking. Galpals, Levitt Pavilion is now open for business. The season is packed with performances to get your whole family into the summer groove.
The Wednesday children’s series kicks off June 27 with The Hall Family. And don’t miss “The Magic of Lyn” July 11. Female illusionist Lyn Dillies was voted one of the best female illusionists in the country. The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus comes to town July 25 with their one ring vaudevillian show. Plenty more family fun awaits. So check the calendar, pack up your picnic blanket and join the party.
Mondays in August, the Levitt Pavilion offers “Teen Flix,” outdoor movie events geared towards your teens. From Monty Python to “Dodgeball,” there’s plenty to keep your teens occupied.
But the Levitt Pavilion isn’t leaving you out of the fun, galpals. There are plenty of performances lined up that are worth calling a sitter for. Thursday, July12, the Connecticut Ballet will take the stage, drawing from their extensive dance repertoire for an evening of grace and beauty.
And Friday, August 3, southern rock tribute band Gunsmoke will rock the night away. This is part of the RiverSwing series at the Levitt Pavilion, which means you should put on your dancing shoes for a pre-show dance lesson, led by professional instructors.
