Betty is not for everyone, but we had to share...
The founder of Betty beauty didn't plan to start a cosmetic business, (her husband founded movieFone) but while getting her hair done in Rome, she noticed women leaving their appointment with to-go baggies from their colorist (funny, Suzy's never witnessed this at Hair). When she asked what it was for, she was told "For the hair down there... to make it match." Voila - a business is born.
