Joy's Diet

Suzy's been down this road before.
This time, she's learned some great lessons on "Joy's Life Diet -- Four Steps to Think Forever", the New York Times' best-seller that has the best and cheapest online diet component, this side of Weight Watchers.
In fact, we're convinced it's better.
Why we like it:
#1: The First Horrible Week: The first stringent week that weens you off everything bad and big you've been consuming is totally do-able. It triggered a realization that our servings were way out of bounds.
#2: Food Log and Meal Planner: Yeah, yeah. All those diets tell you to keep track of your calories. Once you sign up for the $5/week companion website, you simply log in your food and it automatically totals the calories. No searching for how much and how many-- the website's encyclopedic nutrition database has virtually everything including Fast food options that inevitably you consume.
#3: A Food Coach or Nutritionist: The $5/week fee allows you to hook up online with a dietician/nutritionist who can help you with your stumbles and reasons why you inevitably fall off the wagon. She reminded Suzy to stay off the wine for awhile if she wants to kick-start the Road to Bikini-dom.
