Submitted by our galpal Joy in Minnesota - this Strawberry Spinach Salad is terrific for Summer.
Salad
Spinach (baby)
Strawberries
Red onions
Toasted almonds (cheat and buy the packaged toasted almonds)
Dressing
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 cup oil
1 tblsp. poppy seed
Toss. Enjoy.
