Pour the Perfect Glass
Wednesday, November 26, 2008

Most people inadvertently serve their white wines too cold and their red wines too warm. This hides the subtle fruit flavors in both types of wine. Suzy's go-to wine guy Mark from Mo's Wine and Spirits filled us in on an easy tip to always pour the perfect glass.
Keep you white wine in the refrigerator until 1/2 hour before serving dinner. Take them out and place them on the table.
At the same time, put your red wines in the refrigerator and leave them there for the 1/2 hour before dinner.
