Grab your hard hat, boot up your computer or put on your sneakers. Join Women Build and make a difference in our community.
Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County’s Women Build program encourages and empowers women to make a difference by building homes and communities. Consider this an open invitation for you to join the coalition of Fairfield County women who are addressing the critical shortage of affordable housing by volunteering their time to raise funds for and build Habitat homes here in their own community.
This year, help build the eighth Women Build home in Fairfield County by becoming a sponsor and participating in the construction process. No construction experience is necessary. Volunteers learn new and exciting skills on the jobsite in an inclusive and noncompetitive environment.
Get Involved with Women Build! Volunteers are needed to:
Help write press releases/media relations
Reach out to community groups
Join the Women Build “5K Run for Home Committee”
Join the Gourmet Tasting event Committee
Help to create and implement new special events
Corporate Opportunities
