How about some mother/daughter bonding tomorrow?
kaia yoga is hosting mother daughter yoga for mothers and daughters (girls ages 8-16 years) at their Westport location.
During this workshop, moms and girls can enjoy time together through yoga, dance and other fun ways to express themselves! Bring an open mind and
a mom or daughter to share in the fun.
