Wednesday, February 23 – Fun Folktales

Come listen to the well-known folk tales of the mischievous Ti Malice and his sweet friend Bouki.
Thursday, February 24 - Transportation in a Tap-tap
11 AM - 2 PM
There’s more to Haitian transportation than a boring yellow school bus…there’s the Taptap! These elaborately decorated buses and taxis are painted on all sides with vibrant pictures and stories. Come discover how children in Haiti travel from place to place.

Friday, February 25 - Feel the Beat
11 AM - 2 PM
It’s all about the rhythm! Enjoy the sounds of Kompas, a musical genre native to Haiti. Learn about Haitian drumming and construct your own percussion instrument.

Saturday, February 26 - Winter Wonderland Children's Ball
6 - 8 PM
Calling all princes and princesses. Dress up in your best and be a part of the winter wonderland. Enjoy tasty treats, dancing and hands-on activities.
