In the era of instant and near perpetual interaction, Twitter has emerged as an important tool for writers. The Westport Writers' Workshop will host a three-hour single workshop designed for writers who want to begin utilizing this 21st century tool to promote their work.
The workshop will be lead by Tessa Smith McGovern, a successful short-story writer whose publication credits include the Connecticut Review, the English Arts Council and Southbank Centre, London. Additionally, she is the founder and editor of eChook Digital Publishing, which publishes short-story collections across a variety of digital platforms, as well as web-based stories.
Saturday, Jan. 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
