Celebrate the book launch of What I Know to Be True on Wednesday, April 25th, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Westport Historical Society. Written by local authors Lisa Jacoby & Caroline Temple, What I Know to Be True is a six-step practice that includes and goes beyond meditation, supporting one’s ability to shift into a more peaceful life even through the most challenging times.

This event will donate a portion of the proceeds to the not for profit Fanny’s Granny’s Eco-Bag Bracelet, which helps support elderly women in Connecticut through the Giving Fund.
