Fraiche Receives "Very Good" Review in NY Times

It's not very often a local restaurant receives the coveted 'Very Good' grade by the New York Times.
Fraiche took over the space vacated by La Colline Verte in the Greenfield Hill section of Fairfield in late October. The restaurant, which concentrates on using seasonal ingredients, managed ace food review after only four months in operation. Congrats to chef Marc Lippman, a Redding resident!
