Spring is almost springing around these parts, which means it's time for a fresh start. Curious about eating better and living greener? This Tuesday, check out the screening of the film Fresh— "an upbeat look at our food system and how to make it work better for the health of humans and the planet." Featuring urban farmer, Will Allen; sustainable farmer , Joel Salatin; and supermarket owner, David Ball, Fresh presents an alternate, healthier way to eat and live.
After the film, hang out for a discussion facilitated by author Sherri Brooks Vinton (The Real Food Revival). She'll give you the skinny on what it takes to cultivate a more sustainable kitchen.
