There's a new answer for moms called Firefly After Hours Pediatrics in Stamford.
The doctors who run Firefly know that most illnesses and injuries occur after your pediatrician has closed the office for the day. They offer an alternative to the emergency room but with all the knowledge and services of urgent care for babies, toddlers and adolescent medicine.
The office is equipped with X-ray equipment as well as lab testing.
As of May 1st, Firefly accepts the following insurance providers: Aetna. Anthem/ Blue Cross, Empire Blue Cross, Connecticare and Healthnet. Next month they will be adding Cigna. Their services are covered in network with these insurance carriers.

Weekdays - 5 PM to 11 PM
Weekends - 1 PM to 11 PM
National Holidays – 1 PM to 11 PM
