Health and Wellness Coaching is the new, emerging profession to support our mastery of health and wellbeing. It is a positive, fun way to make changes that last and achieve your goals. Janeen Savini is certified and trained by the only coaching school endorsed by the ACSM . In her 6 Step Process she will help you develop the building blocks that are needed for lasting change. Her approach focuses on your future, what you want, and HOW to get there.

The initial session is 60-90 min and follow up sessions are 30 minutes. I like to meet in person in my office however phone sessions are an option for convenience. Clients always feel more in control and less stress after the first two sessions and have a plan. It is up to the client how much more progress they want to make. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
