Junior Wilderness Camp at the Westport Historical Society

Frogs, birdcalls, and walking sticks… Oh my! Drew Shuptar-Rayvis of Sticks & Stones Farm in Newtown is leading a wilderness explorers program at the Westport Historical Society. And yes, there is frog-catching involved.

The munchkins will have a ball training to be a junior explorer. They’ll get back to basics learning all there is to know about nature. Your little adventurers will love to learn about pottery making, stone sculptures, and how to craft wilderness tools for all their rugged explorations.  Suzy definitely knows more than a few kiddos who would leap at the chance to learn about various animal habitats, not to mention find out how to track down creatures in the wild.

The Wilderness Explorers camp is designed for children ages 5 to 10. Space is limited, so call now! Or, sign up here and register your little adventurer.
