Vanessa Williams Headlines Norma F. Pfreim Breast Care Center Benefit
When Suzy thinks about Vanessa Williams, she gets a little jealous. But only a little. The accomplished actress, recording artist and activist for women’s issues is a beautiful as she is dedicated. And she routinely throws her considerable power behind causes that advance women across a broad spectrum of causes.

June 16, she’ll be right here in Suzy’s backyard to deliver the keynote address at the Norma F. Pfreim Breast Care Center Benefit. This event, the Rose of Hope luncheon, routinely brings hundreds of Fairfield County women together to raise funds and awareness for the center’s programs and initiatives, including their Medically Underserved Initiative, providing free health care to uninsured or underinsured women. According to the center, “Close to 500 women receive free screening and diagnostic services each year, making it the largest program of free care in the area.“

This event is for anyone with an interest in breast cancer. And, as far as Suzy is concerned, we all have an interest.
