Summer may be on the wane, but there’s still plenty of time to enjoy evenings outdoors. Thursday night clambakes at the lighthouse on Sheffield Island are happening through September 22.
Take the ferry with your fellow foodies from South Norwalk to Sheffield Island. Enjoy dinner in the tented pavilion on the lawn and take a tour of the historic lighthouse built in 1868.
It’s a delicious way to spend one of your remaining summer evenings.
