The holiday season offers us plenty of opportunities to spread joy. Season’s Readings, a collection of short plays and stories, is big on merriment and laughter sprinkled with a healthy dose of wry wit. Presented by JIB Productions, the same theater buffs who produce the Play With Your Food series, Season’s Readings is a seasonal romp through our collective foibles that seem to manifest themselves the most during holiday time. With professional readings of pieces by Ann Patchett, David Sedaris, Wolcott Gibbs, Matt Hoverman and Fred Stroppel, it sounds to Suzy like an oasis of laughter during the most hectic time of the year.
Get your tickets now, as there are only two performances. Both will be followed by an eggnog and dessert reception.
