Take the Plunge

If you're a brave soul with a warm heart, get ready to take the Penguin Plunge this Saturday. Participants will run, jump and dive into the chilly Long Island Sound from the shores of Compo Beach while friends and family cheer them on. The event raises money for the Connecticut Special Olympics.
When: March 7, 2009
Time: Registration begins at 9 AM and the plunge is promptly at 11 AM
