Annual Jewish Parenting Conference
Suzy and all her galpals will be at this week's biggest event for moms: The Annual Jewish Parenting Conference, over at the Westport Women's Club this Thursday.

In the recent climate of uncertainty, this year's topic is timely: Bringing Serenity Home.  Rosalind Wiseman, author of the best-selling Queen Bees and Wannabes: Helping Your Daughter Survive Cliques, Gossip, Boyfriends and Other Realities of Adolescence is the event's keynote speaker. (Her book was also the inspiration for the film "Mean Girls.")  Author Slovi Jungreis Wolff (Raising a Child With Soul) will discuss creating a peaceful, loving environment in your home and parenting with patience and compassion.  Breakout sessions with the authors and a parenting resource fair with over a dozen booths round out the morning.

It's the only event you need to get information on everything from raising a healthy eater to violence prevention.  Books will be available for purchase and signing.  Suzy says: do not miss this event!
