If it sounds as good to you as it does to Suzy, then now is the time to sign up for Symmetry Yoga of Westport's weekly yoga class on the beach at Sherwood Island State Park. One hour on your mat by the shore and you'll be so blissed out that you won't even notice the weekend traffic on 95.
