Cook with the Blue Lemon Chef
Join Blue Lemon Restaurant for a series of cooking classes at Aitoro Appliance in Norwalk.

Blue Lemon Chef/Co-owner Bryan Malcarney will teach the classes at the appliance store.  

The classes are:

Paella Night
October 11, 6-9 PM
Items on the menu include piquillo pepper stuffed with crab and avocado, paella valenciana and creme catalan.

How to Cook Fish
October 16, 10 AM -1 PM
Recipes include seared tuna with thai-lime vinaigrette, gratin of halibut with leek compote, caramelized scallops with fresh lemon and capers and a lemon tart.

Braised Lamb Shank
October 25, 6 - 9 PM
Menu includes, roasted butternut squash soup, braised lamb shank with root vegatables and apple-cranberry twist with cinnamon ice cream.

All meals served with wine and sparkling water.
