Save the Children is launching a new Social Media Philanthropy with a Cheers for Children Celebration in Greenwich this week.
Visit firstgiving.com/cheersforchildren and make an online donation of as little as $5 and then plan to join the celebration at Barcelona Wine Bar to meet other people in the area who also care about children in need. (Donations will also be accepted at the door).

What: Supporters of the Westport-based humanitarian agency, Save the Children, are invited to join the new online Make a Difference Project and attend the kick-off Cheers for Children celebration in Greenwich.
Who: All friends and supporters of Save the Children who want to Make a Difference.
When: Tuesday, August 4 from 5:30p.m. to 7:30p.m.
