Tuesday 2/2  7–9PM
Shuck Yourself Silly
Featuring a special guest Jeff Northrup from Westport Aquaculture, shows you how to shuck oysters & clams without injury (after which you'll be eating the fruits of your labor, as well as making a linguine w/ oyster sauce!

Tuesday 2/9  7–9PM
Love is in the Air
Risotto with pancetta & parmesan, individual drunken salmon, and cauliflower manchego purée.

Tuesday 2/16  7–9PM
Winter Blues Booze & Schmooze
A fun cocktail mixology class featuring warm chocolate beer cocktails, fizzy bourbon & ginger, vanilla martinis and more.

Tuesday 2/23  7–9PM
Eats Shoots & Leaves / Plus Vinaigrettes
Featuring a special guest Perry Hack from Two Guys from Woodbridge with his Connecticut-grown, hydroponic microgreens and shoots.
