In honor of National Salad Month, USA Today listed 10 great places for a salad and New Canaan's Ching's Table made the list.
Here's the review:
"There are salads, and then there is the Vietnamese salad, a culinary wonderment all on its own. Shredded jicama (a sweet, crunchy Mexican root vegetable), mango, thin dried-rice noodles, ground peanuts, and a touch of jalapeño earn this salad a place on my list of favorites," Mullins says. "The flavorful duck dressing adds the finishing touch to this masterpiece."
