Café Lola, the cozy French Bistro in the heart of Fairfield Center, has all the classic French dishes to satisfy a hungry tummy on a chilly evening.
Drop in on a Tuesday or a Wednesday evening, for their new “Seasonal Cravings” Prix Fixe Dinner, offered in addition to the A La Carte menu.
Ideal for the gourmet on a budget, at $35 per person, it offers four delectable courses: a cold appetizer, a warm appetizer, a main course and dessert - it's a mini tasting menu that will send your taste buds on a journey, without breaking the bank.
There are two choices offered for each course. The cold appetizer could be a salad, a slice of pate with warm bread, or a terrine of vegetables. The warm appetizer often offers a choice of soup, a warm medley of fall vegetables, or a small pasta course. The main course gives you a choice of fish or meat, always accompanied by delicious sides and delicious desserts.
The menu selection changes every week, and many wines are offered by the glass to accompany your meal.
