Suzy can't wait for local farm fresh produce and here's an exciting new program that's available in Southport. Join a CSA on your own or with a friend and pick up your fresh farm share each week during the farms growing season (roughly June - November) at Trinity Church in Southport.
Here'a a quick rundown on CSA's:
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is exactly what it says. A joint relationship between local farmers and members of the community. Purchase a membership which covers the cost of production and you receive a weekly share of the fresh bounty. Your organic produce is the freshest possible and you're supporting our local farmers.
The Southport CSA's shares come from Stoneledge Farm. Learn more about the farm and register for your CSA membership here
Pickup for the Southport CSA will be Wednesdays, time TBD.
